Welcome to Bookit

Let me tell you a quick story.

I’ve been a Bubble developer for over 4 years, working on real SaaS platforms, internal tools, and tailor-made systems for the restaurant, hospitality, and service industries.

Not templates. Not demos. Real solutions — used every day by businesses with real operations.

A few months ago, one of my long-time clients came to me and said:

"We’re losing too much time managing reservations by hand. Can you build something smart, that handles it all — from online booking to private room management to daily ops?"

I built it. Fully custom. Tested on the ground. Delivered for €7,000. And it worked like a charm.

But afterwards, I realized something:

I was tired of downloading “templates” that break the second you touch them. Tired of wasting hours rebuilding logic that should already work out of the box. Tired of so-called starters that are 90% design and 10% functionality.

So I made a decision.

I turned this real, working, field-tested system into a template — but not just any template. A true plug & play operational tool. Something you can activate quickly, not rebuild from scratch. Something that helps, not holds you back.

Not for €7,000. Not even for €700.

But at a price so accessible that anyone — restaurateur, agency, or indie Bubble dev — can finally start with something solid.

🛠 Before You Dive In

We recommend starting with:

  • Plugin setup, especially Stripe and email tools

  • The Settings page to configure your venue info and rooms

  • A test reservation from the public form to see how the whole cycle works (from client to calendar)

Bonus: Want to build a SaaS?

I don’t have the time. But you might.

With a few tweaks and a clear vision, this could be turned into a fully-fledged SaaS for restaurant and venue management. It’s all there. You just have to push.
